Joseph Onwude

Joe is one of the UK’s foremost Consultant Gynaecologists and is also a leading Medical Statistician/Epidemiologist. He has been specialising in womens’ health since 1986 and is currently an independent Consultant Gynaecologist. Joe has held positions as Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Broomfield Hospital, Essex; Senior Registrar and Lecturer at St James’s University Hospital, Leeds; and Registrar at Rotunda Hospital, Dublin. Currently he is Section Advisor for Womens’ Health at the BMJ Group, Clinical Evidence, as well as Statistical Advisor on the European Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Reproductive Biology. He is also Statistical Editor on the Quarterly Journal of Mental Health. Joe is married to Helen with two children, Rachel (12) and Andrew (9) and lives in Warley, Essex.

Gail O'Shea

Gail had a successful career as a financial advisor until she gave up to be a full time mum to her four children 10 years ago. Gail has been married to Jason for 18 years and is a keen horse woman. She is responsible for all administration tasks at Wipe Away Those Tears.

Jason O'Shea

Jason has been Managing Director of his own business for over 10 years. He is married to Gail and has four children, Courtney 14, Chloe 12, Harrison 7 and Cameron 5 He lives in Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood and is a keen golfer and foodie.
